Description of service
ProposalFlow provides AI-powered proposal drafting, e-signature, contract management, and payment processing tools for small and medium-sized businesses.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; refunds are issued at our discretion. Annual prepay is non-refundable after 14 days.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProposalFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
